Commendable fit for an overnight stop in Philadelphia with good price-value balance. Clean large rooms.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to restaurants and attractions.
The room was not what we booked, and the check-in process was confusing. We also had issues with the room keys, leaving us locked out multiple times.

The location was fantastic for exploring historical spots like the birthplace of America or catching a show at the Broadway-style theater. Easy access to tours and local transport made it a breeze.
My wife says that a playground on-site would have been perfect for kids.

The hotel's location was prime, making it easy to walk to popular tourist spots and Chinatown. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring our needs were met promptly.
There were issues with hot water for showers, and maintenance seemed lacking, as some amenities weren't repaired promptly. The breakfast options were inconsistent and sometimes unavailable, and the valet parking was expensive.

When we arrived at the Hampton, we were greeted by friendly staff members who helped us check in smoothly. The location was ideal for exploring the city's monuments and we felt safe during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the shower with a spa-like shower head was a nice touch, providing a relaxing experience. The staff was accommodating, especially the breakfast team who were very sweet. there were some downsides to our stay. The valet service was not as advertised, and retrieving our car took longer than expected. The free breakfast was disappointing, with cold, powdered eggs and unappetizing coffee. the noise from outside, including street sounds and ambulance noise, was too loud, disturbing our sleep. The Hampton had its pros and cons. The musty smell in the hallways was off-putting, and the thin walls made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The lack of parking and the confusing valet system added to the inconvenience. the street surroundings felt uncomfortable to walk through due to unsavory characters. Despite the drawbacks, the Hampton's location convenience and accommodating staff were highlights of our stay.

The location was convenient, close to Reading Terminal and other attractions. The hotel was clean, and the employees were friendly and helpful during my stay. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the nice view from my window.
I encountered some issues during my stay, such as a musty smell in the hallways and thin walls that didn't provide much privacy. The lack of vegan breakfast options was disappointing, and there were some safety concerns in the surrounding area.

The location was epic - we could easily hit up the coolest historical spots and hop on rad tours. Plus, we were a stone's throw away from the sickest sports action at the CoreStates Spectrum. It was a blast with the crew!
Yo, if they could amp up the nightlife scene nearby for us young party animals, that would be fire.

Felt very lucky, no complaints whatsoever.

Incredible customer service! The manager instantly offered a full refund and a complimentary room upgrade after my wife fell ill shortly after checking in. This level of care goes above and beyond. I had a great experience and will return.

Relax at Pub 1301 with fancy drinks, check out late. Loved the Cloud Nine Beds, but the noise from loading dock was my lullaby. Not a fan of the breakfast fiasco.

the hampton inn was close to the neshaminy falls train station - just a short walk away. the staff were awesome - especially the breakfast crew – super friendly and accommodating. the place smelled great and the rooms had comfy beds and clean showers with good water pressure. also, you can walk to the reading market - just 4 blocks away.

we had an excellent stay at Hampton Inn. the location was fantastic, placing us within walking distance of Chinatown, Reading Market, and the Convention Center. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always offering assistance and making us feel welcome. the free buffet breakfast had a great variety and saved us time and money. the spacious rooms with amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker made our stay comfortable. the immaculate rooms and the gym/pool area were also highlights of our experience.
nothing to be said 😊
